An Instructional Coach...
The purpose of the Instructional Coach is to ensure that all students in the Littleton Public Schools achieve the highest level of their potential through quality instruction in all classrooms. In order to assure these high levels of learning and this quality instruction, the IC will:
*Provide intensive instructional coaching to new teachers so they may meet performance criteria as established by LPs.
*Provide professional growth opportunities for all teachers focused on teaching skills and strategies needed to attain distric and building student achievement goals.
