- Register all of your children in the school district at one time at the Education Services Center, 5776 South Crocker Street.
- Enroll your child(ren) at Centennial Academy (see map) in the office and fill out the necessary paperwork, at which point you can obtain class assignments, schedules, and other information.

Eligibility: Children who will be 5 years of age by September 15, 2007, are eligible for fall kindergarten 2007.
What you will need:
- Birth Certificate (with state seal)
- Immunization Records showing 5 DTP, 4 Polio, 2 MMR, 3 Hepatitis B, and 2 Varicella (chickenpox)
- Proof of residency (closing papers, rental agreement, or current utility bill with name and address)
